The first day of the week witnessed an enlightening with energetic Free Hand Exercise designed to help the students increase flexibility and muscle strength through aerobics. On the second day, the students were involved in the different Yoga Asanas. On the third day, Extempore Competition on 'Health is Wealth' was organized. Striking physical activities took place on the fourth day of the fitness week intending to improve all elements of fitness and to boost up confidence. On the fifth day of the week-long celebration, a seminar on 'Physical Fitness' was organised for the students. On the sixth day, students participated in traditional games with a lot of zeal and enthusiasm. All the activities aimed to make students aware that regular physical activity and a higher level of fitness are essential for a holistic and intrinsically healthy lifestyle.
